Key Account Manager

 

 

Position Profile:

· Participate in the development of the business strategy and business plan for the Bulgarian market in line with the general company strategy;

· Prepare the sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;

· Drive the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;

· Generate ideas and proposals for the development of the product portfolio;

· Prepare analysis of the competitors’ behavior;

· Manage annual negotiations with Key Accounts for setting business terms and conditions;

· Lead the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of the receivables;

· Responsible for the product/categories distribution and in-store execution;

· Prepare regular reports in accordance with the corporate templates;

 

Position Requirements:

· Education: University degree in economics, technical science or other major suitable for the position;

· Professional experience:

· 3 – 5 years in business-to-business sales, where the experience with the sales of any of the following would be an advantage: professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, domestic appliances or other installation products, FMCG;

· experience in an international company would also be an advantage;

· Language skills: native Bulgarian and excellent command of English, both written and spoken;

· Computer literacy: MS Office;

· Inter-personal skills:

· Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined, and result-oriented individual;

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;

· Ability to solve problems effectively and meet deadlines;

· Outgoing, open, and honest personality;
